Fans gathered to honour Debbie Reynolds and Carrie Fisher at a public memorial service in Los Angeles on Saturday, 3 months after the actresses died.

The mother and daughter were remembered in the 1,200-seat theatre at Hollywood's Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

The event included a tribute song by James Blunt.
