Record chain Amoeba Music unearthed a rare test pressing of Bob Dylan's Blood on the Tracks - one of just five known copies - and has put it on the market for $12,000.
According to the L.A. shop owners, it's the "most expensive piece Amoeba has ever had for sale."
The so-called "New York" pressing features alternate takes on five songs - "Tangled Up in Blue," "You're a Big Girl," "Idiot Wind," "Lily, Rosemary and the Jack of Hearts" and "If You See Her, Say Hello" - originally recorded in New York, before Dylan, at the advice of his brother, re-recorded the album version tracks in Minnesota.
Blood on the Tracks wound up reaching number one on the charts in the U.S. and getting double platinum certification from the RIAA.
