Journey have announced that founding member Neal Schon will be serving as support for them on their upcoming tour.

While Schon will be joining Journey for a portion of their show each night, he will also be performing tracks off his new solo album Vortex.

Joining him will be Omar Hakim on drums, Rachel Z Hakim on keyboards and Jerry Brooks on bass.

Hakim will also pull double duty filling in for Deen Castronovo who was recently arrested for assault.
