David Gilmour says that his upcoming album will be called Rattle That Lock.

The Pink Floyd guitarist dished during a discussion in which he and his wife and collaborator Polly Sampson participated at the 2015 Borris House Festival of Writing and Ideas in Ireland.

According to Sampson, the theme of the album is "'Carpe Diem' . . . seize every moment, look to the future, 'Just Do It' and don't be afraid or hold back."

When asked about his writing process Gilmour answered "It's not something I'm comfortable with. I would love to find that key which opens the door to writing."

At the House Festival, Gilmour played two songs - "Girl with a Yellow Dress" and "Boots on the Ground."

Rattle That Lock, Gilmour's first album in 10 years, lands in September.
