Billy Joel and his girlfriend, Alexis Roderick, are expecting a baby.

The 65-eyar-old crooner and his 33-year-old girlfriend (who is a former Morgan Stanley executive), made their announcement on Tuesday.

The baby, a girl, is due this summer, with Joel's publicist noting that no further details about the baby will be revealed until her birth.

Joel has one daughter, Alexa Ray Joel, with his second wife Christie Brinkley.

The baby will be Roderick's first. Roderick and Joel have been together since 2009; Roderick has noted that the couple were friends for a time before they began dating.

Joel has an ongoing residency at Madison Square Garden in New York, with his next show slated for May 28.
