Rolling Stones' Sticky Fingers Reissue Delayed Due To Zipper Defect

Rolling Stones' forthcoming Sticky Fingers reissue has been delayed due to the band having an issue with a zipper.

The issue, related to manufacturing, has to do with the hand-made zipper design on the front of the album cover.

"In order to make sure that all formats are ready to release at the same time, the new release will be 8th June, and for those in North America 9th June," the band said.

The band's label, Universal, has decided to delay the release in order to fix the zipper to work properly on the front of the album covers.

Now the Sticky Fingers reissue will be released on June 9, which is two weeks after its original release date.
