Two airplanes that belonged to Elvis Presley, that have been on display since the mid 1980s, are set to be removed from his Graceland home and museum in Memphis, Tennessee.

The planes were purchased by Memphis company OKC Partnership.

OKC Partnership and Presley's estate had previously reached an agreement to showcase the planes, "Lisa Marie" and "Hound Dog II," at Graceland, receiving a percentage of ticket sale revenue.

As Billboard reports, OKC are attempting to move the planes to a new location elsewhere on the street, launching an independent exhibition and outdoor display in the process.

These plans must first be approved by the Shelby County Land Use Control Board. If they are moved to the new location, the planes would be part of an outdoor display and museum for tourists to visit.
