Gladys Knight will perform on the debut episode of the web series Skyville Live. Knight will be joined by Martina McBride and Estelle for the January 14 premiere.

Wally Wilson, the creator of the show, says the objective is to create an intimate and unique experience for viewers.

"In the early 1950s, history was made when a new method of television, devised by Ralph Edwards, was adapted by what would become a world-famous show called I Love Lucy," Wilson began.

"This pioneering effort consisted of using three cameras in front of a live studio audience for a television program, neither of which had been done before."

"The same is true today for Skyville Live. Never before has a live, network-quality television-style program been broadcast (streamed) exclusively to the internet in front of a studio audience featuring major national and international artists."

Other guests on Skyville Live will include Meghan Trainor, Kris Kristofferson, Lady Antebellum, and more.
