If you live in the Swiss municipality of Wallerau, chances are you're doing well. Sitting on the shores of Lake Zurich, the community of just over 7,000 is known for its liberal tax structure and being home to some of the world's wealthiest people.

Formula One drivers Kimi Räikkönen and Felipe Massa, former UBS chairman Marcel Ospel and tennis star Roger Federer reside in the swanky hamlet. And by the end of the year, the 17-time Grand Slam singles champion will upgrade to a three-story glass mansion.

The property, currently under construction by Kamata Development, features floor-to-ceiling windows, a swimming pool, large balconies and underground parking.

The price tag for the modern villa is in excess of $10 million.

There are also a pair of luxury apartments being built on the 1.5 acre lot.

Federer's parents, Robert and Lynette, are reportedly set to move into one of them.

The 33-year-old tennis legend, along with wife Mirka, their five-year old twin girls Myla and Charlene and twin boys born in May of this year, Leo and Lenny, will call the new digs home soon as well.
