The Indian Navy is collaborating closely with Sri Lankan authorities to locate missing personnel from the Iranian Navy vessel IRIS Dena, which encountered distress off the Galle coast.

This search and rescue (SAR) operation is being conducted alongside the Sri Lanka Navy and the Maritime Rescue Coordination Centre (MRCC) in Colombo.
