CFA Society Sri Lanka to host forum on emerging real estate investment opportunities

CFA Society Sri Lanka, in association with Prime Group and John Keells Properties, will host an exclusive evening discussion titled “Real Estate Reimagined: Investment Opportunities in a Transforming Market” on 28 January 2026 at the Courtyard by Marriott Colombo, starting at 5.00 p.m.
The session will examine emerging investment opportunities and strategic considerations in Sri Lanka’s evolving real estate sector, set against the backdrop of recent economic shifts and market transformation. It aims to provide a platform for informed dialogue on navigating current challenges while identifying future growth potential in the sector.
The expert panel will comprise Premalal Brahmanage, Founder and Chairman of Prime Group; Nayana Mawilmada, President – Leisure and Property Sectors of John Keells Holdings; and Manjula Ellepola, Partner at FJ & G de Saram, who will share insights drawn from their extensive industry experience.
The discussion will be moderated by Rashmika Nissanga, CFA, a member of the Continuing Education Committee of CFA Society Sri Lanka and Head of Advisory at LYNEAR Wealth Management, ensuring a balanced and engaging exchange of perspectives.
