Sting Nominated For Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame

Sting is among the acts to be nominated for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame's Class of 2015.

Eligibility for next year's induction stipulates that acts must have released their first single or album in 1989 or earlier.

Sting is already in as a member of the Police, while Reed is in as a member of the Velvet Underground.

The list of inductees - as determined by critics, industry members and fans alike - will be inducted on April 18th, 2015 at the Rock and Roll HOF in Cleveland, Ohio.

From now until December 9, fans can vote for their favorite acts at RollingStone.com.
