A rare mint pressing of the Beatles 1963 debut Please Please Me has sold at auction on EBay for $36,655.

The listing notes that "There are no stains/wrinkles/marks/other at all anywhere near the exquisite signatures of John, Paul, George and Ringo" and that "this is an artifact worthy of the finest museum-grade collections, instantly transporting the new owner to a category of very, very elite collectors."

Additionally, the LP was autographed. The upper-back-side of the sleeve has signatures from each member of the group (George Harrison, Paul McCartney, John Lennon, and Ringo Starr).

The item received 39 bids throughout the auction and was eventually sold to an undisclosed American bidder, according to reports from WhatSellsBest. Last year a rare 1967 copy of Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band sold for a whopping $290,500.
