Billy Joel has revealed that Joe Cocker is in failing health, saying that the legendary guitarist is "not doing very well right now."

During a recent concert, Joel referred to Cocker as "a great singer who is not very well right now," before introducing a version of "A Little Help From My Friends" by saying, "I think he should be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

"I'm amazed that he's not yet, but I'm throwing in my vote for Joe Cocker."

According to reports, Joel proceeded to sing the song completely in the style of Cocker.

Joel did not elaborate any further on Cocker's condition. Currently, there hasn't been official word from the Cocker camp.
