Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend are celebrating 50 years of the Who with the release of a two-disc collection of hits that includes "Be Lucky," their first new music since they released Endless Wire in 2006.

"The tune evokes the Who of old, with a taut riff that gives way to bursts of roaring guitar from Townshend and full-throated vocals from Daltrey."

On the cut Daltrey and Townshend are joined by Zak Starkey, Pino Palladino and Mick Talbot. Proceeds from the song will be donated to the Teen Cancer America charity, run by Daltrey and Townshend.

The Who Hits 50! will be released October 27. The band will also celebrate their 50th anny with a fall tour.
