The Beach Boys have announced that they will be making their Israel debut on November 29 at Tel Aviv's Nokia Arena.

The only original members of the band coming to Tel Aviv are Mike Love, who, alongside Bruce Johnston, who joined the band in the mid-1960's, will perform with a group of session musicians, including Jeff Foskett, who has been described as the Beach Boys "vice principal" by its core members.

"I had a wonderful experience being in the studio together," Love told the reporters of the band's 2013 reunion.

"Brian has lost none of his ability to structure those melodies and chord progressions, and when we heard us singing together coming back over the speakers it sounded like 1965 again.

Touring was more for the fans. . . . It was a great experience, it had a term to it, and now everyone's going on with their ways of doing things."

The Beach Boys last released That's Why God Made the Radio, their 29th studio album, in 2012.
