Aerosmith canceled their concert in Concord, California on Wednesday night, following reports that Joey Kramer had fallen ill. In the past, Kramer has suffered from heart related issues.

"Due to illness, Aerosmith has been forced to cancel performances at the Concord Pavilion in Concord, CA. The band regrets not being able to perform for their fans.

Refunds will be available at point of purchase," read the Facebook page for the Concord Pavilion.

The band's current Let Love tour, featuring guitarist Slash on the bill, is currently scheduled through September.
