The music video for Michael Jackson's "A Place With No Name," a cut from his posthumous album XSCAPE, has been released. MJ's official Twitter account announced the news:

"It's time! The first ever premiere of 'A Place With No Name' right now on Twitter #MJXSCAPE."

The vid, directed by Samuel Bayer (Nirvana, Rolling Stones), is an homage to Jackson's 1991 video for "In the Closet," and features outtakes and reimagined footage from that video.

The song itself was inspired by "A Horse With No Name," the 1972 hit by America; it was originally recorded in 1998.

The video was shown on the Sony screen in Times Square in NYC.
