Phil Collins will play at the Dreaming on the Beach benefit concert for the Little Dreams Foundation, a charity he founded that helps kids to achieve their goals of stardom.

The concert goes down in Miami, Florida on December 6.

"In each world, Little Dreams helps the children by supporting them with personalized formation and supervision allowing them to put all the chances of success on their side in order to potentially advance towards a professional career and live off their passion," says the organization.

"In order to reach its mission, Little Dreams is supported by numerous Godfathers and Godmothers as well as technical advisors."

Laura Pausini and Alejandra Guzman will also perform along with the Little Dreams Band.
