Following news of their induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Chicago have said that they will reunite with former fronter Peter Cetera after 30 long years apart.

Speaking with Radio.com, Robert Lamm said that both Cetera and original drummer Danny Seraphine will perform.

"I've said this before and I've said it to Cetera: if there's ever a time that we can share the stage again, this is it," Lamm said.

"I think it could have a huge emotional impact on the audience. And I think that that would be a very moving experience."

The 31st annual Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will take place on April 8 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.

The full list of inductees features Cheap Trick, Deep Purple, N.W.A., Deep Purple and Steve Miller.
