Pictured here are award-winning actors Paul Newman and Robert Redford taking a break while filming Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid back in 1969. This American Western directed by George Roy Hill is loosely based on the real Wild West outlaws Robert LeRoy Parker, known as Butch Cassidy (Paul Newman), and his partner Harry Longabaugh, the "Sundance Kid" (Robert Redford). After a string of train robberies, the partners in crime go on the run with Sundance's lover, Etta Place (Katharine Ross), and head to Bolivia to continue their criminal careers.
