nducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2007, The Ronettes were the first “bad girls of rock” and one of the most popular groups in the 1960s. With nine songs on the Billboard Hot 100 and five Top 40 hits, the trio was Phil Spector’s most successful act for a time, and the lead singer Veronica Bennett became his wife. The other Ronettes were Veronica’s older sister Estelle Bennett and their cousin Nedra Talley.

Among their most famous songs are titles such as "Baby, I Love You", "(The Best Part of) Breakin' Up", Grammy Award-winning song "Walking in the Rain" and "Be My Baby" which was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 1999.
