The special Mobile Hospital Service, fully equipped with doctors, nurses, and ambulance services who have been at the forefront of flood rescue, will become actively operational starting tomorrow morning (29) with Hiru.

This operation, named the Hiru Sahana Yatra, is an initiative by Hiru, which partners with Asiri Health and the Sri Lanka Red Cross Organisation to provide everything necessary for the country in this vital moment.

It is is focused on providing treatment to those affected by the disaster and those in need of medical care.

The first phase of this operation is prepared to reach residents in the Colombo District to provide necessary treatment and quickly direct patients to the nearest government hospital.

This first step of the Hiru Sahana Yatra will be followed by a large-scale operation in the coming days.
