Mick Jagger, the 73-year-old frontman of the Rolling Stones, has taken up antigravity aerial yoga.

The rigorous exercise requires being strung up in a hammock, which is suspended six feet in the air and allows one to perform exercises that utilize the user's body weight.

The practice of antigravity aerial yoga is said to not only increase strength, particularly core strength, but also increase levels of dopamine and serotonin.

It also help to elongate the spine and increase flexibility.

Jagger employs a number of different types of physical training to keep himself in peak condition to keep up with the band's busy touring schedule.

He trains six days a week and partakes in weight lifting, ballet, pilates and jogging.

Jagger also employs a full time personal trainer who previously worked with international football teams.
