Nile Rodgers seems to have been involved in a bit of everything musically.
The musician-songwriter was the lead guitarist and co-founder of the disco group Chic and has written with everybody from Bryan Ferry to Christina Aguilera.
Now Rodgers dabbles in a bit of country with Keith Urban.
The two recently performed a song they had co-written together titled "Sun Don't Let Me Down."
The song is off Urban's latest album, Ripcord.
The L.A. performance last Thursday, October 20 was the first time the two had performed the song together live.
Just prior to Rodgers taking the stage, Urban warmed the crowd up a bit.
He said, "We've been on the road since May, and we play this song every night, but we haven't had the chance to play this together."
Urban then ran through a bit of Rodgers' writing credentials, including Madonna "Like A Virgin" and David Bowie's "Dancing In the Streets."
Then Urban shouted, "We're talking the great Nile Rodgers! Please make him welcome."%MCEPASTEBIN%
