Johnny Cash will be the centerpiece of this year's Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Music Masters series.

The program features a string of events honoring Cash's life and work.

As part of the Music Masters event, there will be a tribute concert on October 21.

It is set to take place at the State Theatre in Cleveland, Ohio. John Carter Cash is set to be the executive band leader.

Sam Bush, the Oak Ridge Boys, Charlie Worsham and Terry McBride are among the scheduled performers.

There will also be appearances by the band X and Mike Ness from the punk group Social Distortion.

Along with the concert, the program will include a showing of We're Still Here: Johnny Cash's Bitter Tears Revisited.

A performance by Rosanne Cash is also on the agenda.
