Michael Jackson Estate Sells Interest In SONY/ATV

Michael Jackson's estate has reportedly sold their 50 percent stake in Sony/ATV music publishing to Sony outright.

That now makes the company the world's biggest music publisher, as they also hold majority ownership of EMI Publishing.

The news comes at a tenuous time for the Jackson estate, as Jackson was recently accused of a "sophisticated child sex abuse scandal" in a newly filed lawsuit.

The suit was filed by a choreographer named Wade Robson, who met Jackson as a child and has since worked with Britney Spears and NSync.
