The Beatles camp has been hit with a new lawsuit over the use of footage of the band's August 15, 1965 concert at New York City's Shea Stadium.

Sid Bernstein Presents, which handles the affairs of late promoter Sid Bernstein, who died in 2013, have filed suit in U.S. District Court in New York.

They are challenging the legality of a 1965 agreement made by Brian Epstein and Ed Sullivan Productions that gave Suba films the copyright to the audio and video from the concert. Footage of the concert was used in the new movie Eight Days a Week - The Touring Years.

Sid Bernstein Presents is seeking sole or joint ownership of the concerts, as previous times the Beatles have used the footage to be declared copyright infringement.
