The 50th anniversary of the hit Beach Boys album is being honored through a DVD/Blu-Ray release of Classic Albums.

Interviews with Brian Wilson, Mike Love, Al Jardine and Bruce Johnston will be featured in the documentary, as well as cuts from tracks from the influential album which sold over one million copies.

The record, released in 1966, includes famed tracks such as "God Only Knows" and "Wouldn't It Be Nice."

Pet Sounds was considered innovative in its use of sound effects and unique instrumentation, and incorporated the vocal harmonies commonly associated with the band.

The DVD can be pre-ordered before it's official release on September 23.
