Steven Tyler has signed on to appear on the Tonight Show this week.

The Aerosmith legend is currently supporting his debut country release, We're All Somebody from Somewhere, and spoke about the release during a recent interview with Ellen DeGeneres.

"I headed down to Nashville last spring to start working on this project, wrote some kick-a** songs with some of Music City's finest songwriters."

He adds, "I believe y'all are gonna listen to this stuff and you're gonna agree with me that it fell from a star.

I had nothing to do with this s**t, it's just Nashville.

There's something so magical about this town and me writing with all these people."

Tyler released We're All Somebody from Somewhere on July 15.

The album has produced the three singles "Love Is Your Name," "Red White & You" and the title track.
