Beach Boys' Brian Wilson has released his PBS Soundstage concert special Brian Wilson & Friends on CD and DVD via BMG.

Brian Wilson & Friends originally aired on PBS throughout 2015 and was offered as exclusive DVD and Blu-ray sets as a premium gift for viewer contributions to the network's annual pledge drive.

It took place on December 12, 2014 and featured appearances from former Beach Boys bandmate Al Jardine, fun.

frontman Nate Ruess and country music star Kacey Musgraves.

Former Beach Boys members Blondie Chaplin and Ricky Fataar were also featured as were Capital Cities frontman Sebu Simonian,She & Him and trumpet player Mark Isham.

The CD version of the concert will be available for the first time and is to set to include bonus tracks, behind-the-scenes footage and guest artist interviews.
