The Hells Angels once plotted to kill Mick Jagger stemming from the band's ill-fated performance at the Altamont Speedway on December 6, 1969, where the biker gang was hired as security.
After a concertgoer was murdered during the Stones performance, which ended during the third song, Jagger vowed never to use the Hell's Angels again, which understandably upset them.
Former FBI agent Mark Young said during an interview conducted for The FBI that the gang was planning to kill Jagger.
"Their plan involved making entry into his Long Island property, going by boat," he recalled.
"As they gathered the weaponry and their forces to go out on Long Island Sound, a storm rolled up, which nearly sunk the watercraft they were in, and they escaped with their own lives."
