The David Bowie mural in Brixton has been repainted after fans wrote over some of the artwork's main pieces.
Originally the mural was created in 2013 by Australian street artist James Cochran, however, after Bowie's death in January 2016 it became a place for fans to mourn the singer's passing, which led to them writing notes on the mural.
Now a small red sign is also on the mural which reads, "We politely request that you keep your messages & dedications to the edges of the mural & not on David or the spheres, so that this beautiful mural can be enjoyed by everyone for years to come.
Thank you for you co-operation."
People continue to leave flowers near the mural for Bowie.
