Paul Simon didn't let a bit of bad weather ruin the last stop on his recent tour.

The legendary singer songwriter closed out his latest trek in a homecoming concert in Queens, New York City.

The show at Forest Hills Stadium on Friday was interrupted by a downpour, but the singer pushed through.

The concert included more than two dozen songs, with tracks from his new album Stranger to Stranger, as well as career-spanning classics like "Homeward Bound," "The Boxer," "You Can Call Me Al" and "The Obvious Child."

Fittingly, given the weather, he closed his encore with "Bridge Over Troubled Water."

The crowd reportedly got into the spirit as well, any reference to rain brought loud cheers from the audience.

This included lyrics like "She said, 'a good day ain't got no rain'" from the classic "Slip Slidin' Away" and the on-the-nose line "I know it's raining but we're coming to the end" from "The Werewolf," a track from his most recent offering.
