Steven Tyler and Martina McBride connected for a duet of the former's classic "Cryin'" during the recent CMA Music Festival.

Tyler, who has made a recent foray into the country scene with his new solo release, took the stage with McBride on June 11 at the Nissan Stadium in Nashville.

The Aerosmith frontman also recently revealed details for his new release We're All Somebody From Somewhere. The country-inspired release is set to drop via Dot Records on June 15 and Tyler opened up with theboot.com about how the album came together.

"I headed down to Nashville last spring to start working on this project, wrote some great songs with some of Music City's finest songwriters, and now we get to share them with the world . . .

" says Tyler in a press release.

"Country music is the new rock 'n' roll. It's not just about porches, dogs and kicking your boots up.
