Rick Springfield, Night Ranger and Loverboy are heading out on tour this summer.

The new tour kicks off Saturday, June 4 at the Greekfest in Kalamazoo, Michigan and will conclude August 28 in Atlanta.

Two of the concerts, July 24 in Cleveland Heights, Ohio and July 27 in Interlochen, Michigan, are being billed as "stripped down" shows, which his website calls a "special ongoing series of intimate, solo performances with interactive multimedia and storytelling."

Night Ranger and the Romantics will provide support for most of the tour. For dates when one of them is unavailable, their slots will be filled by Loverboy, 38 Special, the Fixx and Tommy Tutone.

Springfield is also offering fans the opportunity to be his guitar technician for the night. He recently lost his guitar technician, Ruben Velasco, to cancer and the money raised from these packages will go to the Rock for Ruben Fund.
