In honor of Bob Dylan's 75th birthday, David Crosby praises the birthday boy in a new animated video courtesy of Rolling Stone.

The comments are taken from a 2013 interview Rolling Stone conducted with Crosby on how much Dylan changed the landscape of folk music when he burst onto the scene.

"He was completely different than anyone," Crosby says in the video.

"I remember the first time I saw him at Gerde's Folk City in New York City.

I snuck in because I didn't have the money to buy a ticket. I listened to him and I thought, 'Well, f**k, I can sing better than that.

What's all the fuss about?' Then I started listening to the words."

Crosby provided backing vocals on Dylan's Under the Red Sky LP.
