Bruce Springsteen has sold one of his Rumson, New Jersey homes to NBA player Randy Foye for $1.737 million, according to Monmouth County records and Zillow.com.

The 4-acre property on Bellevue Avenue was not listed on the open market, but Zillow says the deal closed on April 25.

Monmouth County records show Foye and Springsteen's trustees signed a contract to purchase the home in February.

RedBankGreen.com first reported the transaction.

The 3,700-square-foot estate was built in 1904 and assessed at $1.96 million.

The property is directly across the street from Rumson Country Day School.

Despite the sale of the home, Springsteen still owns two more properties in Rumson, at the corner of Bellevue and Ridge Road.

The home he sold to Foye was not his primary residence in Rumson.
