The Beach Boys have teamed up with Spotify for a new video series featuring vids from many of music's most legendary acts.

They join metal legends Metallica and many others for the new series, which will star Tim Robbins and is titled "Landmark."

The series will serve as a mockumentary style show detailing the most legendary spaces in rock history.

There will be twelve episodes in total and each will run fifteen minutes in length.

This is just one of several new original series from Spotify that will be available to both paid and free users.

Another noteworthy series is being produced by Russell Simmons and will be titled Rush Hour.

That series is described as "two hip-hop acts driven to an undisclosed location to conceive a musical collaboration that they must perform before a crowd."
