Chic is reportedly confirmed to welcome an appearance by Lady Gaga on their upcoming new release.

Frontman Nile Rodgers vaulted back into the forefront in recent producing tracks in Daft Punk's mega smash Random Access Memories.

He and Gaga also recently collaborated on a David Bowie tribute during the recent Grammy Awards.

News of the new collaboration comes via Instagram where a photo appeared earlier this week showing the two in the studio.

"She's the greatest, I love her," Rodgers said of Gaga to Time Out."

How can you not love someone who sings her ass off, comes to the studio looking like a million dollars but will stay there all night if you want.

And just let you change a song, rewrite it and let you do all sorts of stuff, and she's cool with it.
