Neil Young and Jack Black have been added to the bill of Stephen Stills' Light Up the Blues Charity Concert at Hollywood Pantages Theater in L.A. on May 21. The show benefits the charity Autism Speaks.

Other acts confirmed include the Rides a supergroup featuring Kenny Wayne Shepherd and Barry Goldberg, Jakob Dylan, the War on Drugs, and Nikka Costa.

Tickets for the Light Up the Blues Charity Concert are on sale now.

"The last three Light Up The Blues benefits have been incredible, life-changing events for all involved," Stills and his wife, Kristen Stills said in a joint statement.

"We are so grateful to be able to bring such a special night of music to the entire community, and to continue to support Autism Speaks."
