Collectibles in Midtown Manhattan for "fraud, false advertising, unfair competition and tortious interference with contractual relations" to prevent the sale, claiming their longstanding rule that no Grammy can ever be sold, according to reporters.

Gotta Have It! Collectibles has a photo of the trophy on its website.

The minimum bid is listed as $40,0000 but as of Friday morning, no one had made an offer.

The item is due to be offered for another week.

The award was originally sold through a Christie's auction in 2004.
