Spike Lee has revealed a new trailer for his forthcoming documentary about Michael Jackson.

The film is titled Michael Jackson's Journey From Motown to Off the Wall and is set to premiere on Showtime on Friday, February 5 at 9 p.m. ET.

"It's believed to be about both the making of the album and Jackson's pre-Thriller rise to global superstardom," according to Vulture.

Some of the footage included in the doc includes Jackson performing "Don't Stop Til You Get Enough" on stage and exclusive interviews of people who knew him well.

Featured interviews include Questlove, the Weeknd, Kobe Bryant, Lee Daniels, Mark Ronson, Misty Copeland, Mark Ronson, John Legend and LA Reid.
