The late Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch has hit the real estate market with a price tag of $100 million.

The 2,700 acre home was purchased by Jacko in 1987 for $19.5 million and was subsequently converted into a Peter Pan-inspired amusement park.

The property still includes a 50-seat theater, two lakes and a train station, but several features - like the zoo and amusement park - have been removed.

Along with the main house, a Normandy style mansion, are a four-bedroom guesthouse and a two-bedroom guesthouse.

There are nearly two dozen structures in total on the estate, which also includes a swimming pool and sports court.

Neverland Ranch, now called Sycamore Valley Ranch, is located in Los Olivos, about 40 miles from Santa Barbara.
