Adam Sandler has launched a tirade against Roger Waters, the Pink Floyd frontman who has publicly supported the campaign for boycott, divestment and sanctions (BDS) against Israel as a member of the international Palestinian solidarity movement.

"I'm very pro-Israel," the comedian said, according to the Jewish Journal."When you go off on Roger Waters, I f**king love that you do that.

I'm disgusted that they single out Israel. All those nice Israeli people are getting a 'f**k you' from Roger Waters. . . . I'm not a crazy religious, but I'm proud of being a Jew, and that's what I am."

Waters has been criticized by several others for his stance against Israel.
