Journey rocker Neil Schon has offered up a teaser of the band's upcoming tour with Carlos Santana.

The guitarist hit the comment section of the Journey Facebook page to confirm with the band's plans for a handful of dates with Santana later this year.

Schon and company are already confirmed for a string of dates with the Doobie Brothers in 2016 but now it seems that they will connect with Santana before the trip.

He broke the news on Facebook saying that they will "be doing five shows this year" with the "Oye Como Va" legend.

He also went on to explain that Journey and members of Santana will be "intermingling" throughout their live shows.

Thus far there has been no official word from the Journey camp about the Santana shows, and, despite continued requests from fans, original singer Steve Perry will not be on the tour.
