Lynyrd Skynyrd has canceled the remainder of their tour schedule this year, due to guitarist Gary Rossington's poor health.
On Facebook, the band wrote that Gary is currently recovering from "recent heart procedures."
"After further evaluation and continued treatment by his doctors," they wrote on Facebook.
"Gary Rossington is taking the remainder of 2015 off from touring to concentrate on recuperating from his recent heart procedures.
Lynyrd Skynyrd will be canceling or rescheduling the remaining two shows in Loveland, Colorado at the Budweiser Events Center on December 4 and Mescalero, NM at the Inn of Mountain Gods Casino on December 5.
Full refunds will be provided at point of purchase or thru the box office. Lynyrd Skynyrd will commence touring in 2016 and looks forward to seeing the fans next year."
In 2003, Rossington underwent a quintuple bypass, and, more recently, had surgery to repair previously inserted stents.
