Paul McCartney has released the music video for "Say Say Say," a remix of the 1983 Michael Jackson-assisted single from Macca's album Pipes of Peace.

The vid, directed by Ryan Heffington, features a young man who teams up with a group of slick dancers.

"He (Michael) rang me up, and I didn't believe it was him," said Sir Paul, recalling the collab, "so I said 'Who's this?' He said 'Michael'.

'Are you sure . . . Michael who?!'. Anyway, we had a joke about that kind of thing, and he said, 'Yeah, I'd like to come over and write with you', so I said great.

So he came over to England and we just sat down. I thought, well, it's not easy to just sit down with anyone you don't know and just write, start songwriting because you've got to get the chemistry right.

But I thought, it is Michael - you know, I'll just try! If it doesn't work, we'll just throw it away."

The remix is featured on the re-issue of Pipes of Peace, which was packaged with 1982's Tug of War for release last week.

A three-CD, one-DVD edition includes original music videos for the album's singles, as well as an 18-minute documentary, Fly TIA—Behind The Scenes on Take It Away.

Also featured is a 112-page essay book and 64-page scrapbook.
