Wrap-Style Maxi

Wrap-style dresses are incredibly flattering, and wrap-style maxi dresses are no different. This style looks great on ALL body types, whether you're curvy or athletic. large chested with thin legs and some stomach flab, so I love the way a wrap dress cinches my waist and adds volume to my bottom half to balance out my body.

Dip Dye Maxi

If you're busty or just larger on your top half in general (a flat stomach will never be in my future) a dip dye maxi will draw the eye to your bottom half, making your figure seem more proportionate. I really love this casual dress -- it makes a great swim cover-up as well.

High Neck Maxi

Another great option for us busty girls -- a high neck maxi! One unfortunate thing about being busty is that almost any "normal" outfit has the potential to look completely inappropriate on me. I mean, I love showing off my assets as much as the next girl, but I don't necessarily want half my cleavage hanging out at parent teacher conferences. A high neck maxi provides great coverage. Another high neck option is one with a little keyhole opening like this one, which adds a bit of sexiness.

Empire Waist Maxi

lf you're pear shaped, an empire waist maxi is a great choice. Because the waist is moved up higher, it doesn't emphasize your hips like a normal maxi would. I love this tye-dye version. It's so on trend and great for casual summer days.

A-Line Maxi

If you've got an athletic shape (petite and not curvy with no defined waist or hips), an A-line dress will give you a nipped in waist and some volume in your hips and legs. A-line dresses are also great for us busty girls -- they balance out our bottom half so we don't look top-heavy.

Backless Maxi

A backless maxi is a great choice for girls with athletic shapes -- it shows off just a hint of skin without being incredibly revealing.

Tank Maxi

A tank maxi is perfect for pear-shaped girls who are fuller on the bottom halves of their bodies. The tank silhouette doesn't draw attention to the waist, which evens out the shape of the body. I love this particular color and style!

Cap-Sleeve Maxi

A cap-sleeve maxi is great for curvy, full figures. The cap sleeves still allow you to show off your arms while still providing the support you need up to. I love the gorgeous color and pattern of this particular dress.

Drawstring Maxi

I love a drawstring waist! This maxi is a comfortable, casual option for anyone who doesn't want to draw attention to their belly (or maybe just a big burrito for lunch). The drawstring helps create the illusion of a smaller waist and the breezy style can be dressed up or down for just about any occasion.
