What Your Skin Needs Everyday

1. Cleansing is key

Cleansing right is the start to great looking skin every day. Employ a mild body wash every time you shower.
Cleansing not only rids the skin of impurities and the daily dirt and grime, but also helps other products (like moisturizers and sunscreens) work better.

2. Hydrate it right

Your skin needs hydration, both on the inside and outside. The easiest way to do this is to drink plenty of water during the day.
Add a slice of lemon to your water jar as the Vitamin C in lime helps maintain your skin’s elasticity and collagen.
If your skin is dry, we recommend the Vaseline Aloe Fresh enriched with aloe era to keep your skin feeling fresh and supple.

3. Protect with SPF

A lot has been said about sunscreen, and with much reason.
Your skin needs SPF, every day be it summer or winter, to protect it from the harmful and irreversible effects of the sun.

4. Get that beauty sleep

While you do nothing when you sleep, your body is working doubly hard.
Sleep is the time your skin cells receive much needed oxygen and blood, helping you wake up to fresher and more radiant looking skin.

5. You are what you eat

This adage couldn't hold truer for your skin.  As good as it tastes, sugar is actually bad for your skin.
It breaks down collagen, a component responsible for the elasticity of your skin.
Opt for extra virgin olive oil instead of regular cooking oil/butter.
Lastly, include antioxidants such as oranges, walnuts, gooseberries and avocado in your diet and you’ll be saying hello to healthier looking skin in days
